- Uses  -

• Insulated coating agent for PCB, Coil, Connectors, Control Box, various machines and parts.

 - How to Use  -

• In order to get more solid insulated coating protective film, remove containments such as oil, moisture, etc on the part to be coated.  

• Put protective covers on switches or contacts that must not be coated, using masking tape, etc.

• Shake the container up and down to have contents mixed fully before use. (It shows the best spraying performance at 25℃, so please warm it up to room temperature before use in winter.)

• Apply evenly at a distance of 20~30cm. (If you want thick film, apply primarily and reapply after set to touch.)

• After use, turn the container upside down and spray it until the solution does not come out before storage. (It prevents the nozzle from being clogged.)

Bulk Type

• To get a more solid insulation coating, remove oil, moisture and foreign object on the surface before coating.

• Do masking or taping switch or contact surface which should not be coated.

• Stiring well before use.

• Dipping or brushing on the surface evenly.

 - Cautions  -

• Never use it in a closed space. 

• Use it in the open air or a well-ventilated place.

• Keep it in the place below 40℃ without direct sunlight.

• As this is an inflammable product using high pressure gas, keep the following cautions carefully.

  1. Do not spray directly toward open flame.

  2. Do not use it near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other apparatus (including amplifiers) that produce heat.

  3. Do not use it in an environment where there are explosive or inflammable materials.

  4. Store the product in places where the temperature does not exceed 40℃.

  5. After used in enclosed areas, be sure to ventilate.

  6. Do not throw into a fire.

  7. After use, throw it away after checking and removal the remaining gas in the container.

  8. Do not store it in enclosed area.

  9. Below 5℃, injection power may be poor.
